The delay is warm and lush, the toneknob can make it very dark and murky, that way you really can get those delay feedbacks up and playing loud without going selfdestruct, and I also used it without any dirtboxes and let the amp distort, by turning down the echo and the tone, I could get useable delays with a loop, just using the guitars volumeknob as control for clean and dirt sounds. In normal setup with other pedals it worked as it should, it also kept my signal well alive, and the delay did not compress or squash up the sound, clean warm delays, with a hint of that funny analouge funkyness, I digged the various sounds coming from it, for such a simple design they sure made it worth its money, not that it is expensive in any way. Even without using the tone the delay was very pleasing and on the warm fat side, good solid feedback. It could also do the selfdestruct thingy, trippy and fun. This is one good solid unit, good sounds, good tone, not very expensive, sounds alot better than some of the other delays I have used, some alot more expensive than this one, I just wanted a solid performer with a nice tone, and I got one for sure! Got a nice delay lenght too, 600ms is quite enough for me, sounds great on the longest setting too. Short delays are quite cool and authentic too, I think that they made themselves a hit here.
