DWARFCRAFT DEVICES HAIR OF THE DOG
OH YEAH! This is one of my pet projects from way on back. It�s descended from Eau Claire Thunder, but tweaked a bit to tear up your bass guitar, and of course, it will work on your smaller, wimpier instruments such as guitars or baritones or Casio keyboards.
The bass friendly tones are helped along by a noise gate and a �low blend� allowing you to dial in some of your undistorted low tones into your mix. Designed for the instrumentalist that specializes in low end, the Dwarfcraft Hair of the Dog brings a whole new breadth to the big string banger. Besides the standard controls of Hair (fuzz) and Volume, the Dwarfcraft Hair of the Dog also features a Release control for adjusting the built in noise gate. Let's face it, when you're dealing with high gain fuzz, a noise gate is usually necessary. Also, there is a control for Mix. Now this isn't a standard clean mix control. While it does blend in clean tones it also blends in low end in order to keep the thunder rolling when the fuzz is engaged.
No more wimpy, fuzzed out tones. The Dwarfcraft Hair of the Dog is a great pedal for sending the fuzz into the stratosphere or adding a bit of hair for that grinding drudgery. Works on ALL instruments ready to get a rude of wakening!
