There are many variations of sound
available. For example the pedal can be set up for 3 different
sounds/modes... dry, full wet, mix percentage of wet/dry all with no
volume loss. You can add/cut bass and treble if you want. A must have
for all pedal boards. I owned a custom Loooper pedal with a passive
volume blend but it would only work at certain settings. You need an
active volume/tone to make the blend work flawlessly. No noise from
this pedal.

Xotic X-Blender is a true bypass effects loop box that has the option
of blending the effected sound with the original sound anywhere from 0
to 100%. There is an active volume, bass, treble and 6db boost controls
available on the blended signal. There is also a phase switch for use
with some vintage effects. There is a large blend knob that you can
actually move with your foot for blends on the fly. Very easy to use.
Two footswitches, one for use as a straight bypass and the other for
blended effects. Uses a standard Boss adaptor.
