Unlike the tube drive units out there, this device is driven by opamps, so the cost is lower and the reliability is higher. It is still a 100% analog design, and still uses the top of the line Accutronics 3 spring reverb tank. So it results in a full, lush reverb tone. And with buffered input and output drive, there is no signal loading or loss of tone (no loading and high end roll off) when switched off like the tube units, and it has excellent output drive. Heck, drive two amps with it.
