Shipping on backordered items are based upon our manufacturers delivery time to our warehouse. Pending backorders will ship within 24 hours of us reciving our shipment. Limited quantity backordered items will ship in a first come first serve basis, upon the order as recieved from the customers. We advise that you add to cart and complete the checkout process, even on the backordered items you need to ensure yourself a spot on the waiting list on hard to get items. Credit cards will not be billed or charged until the packaged ships from our warehouse.
30-DAY SATISFATCION GUARENTEE
PedalsPlus Effects Warehouse knows it can be difficult to choose the gear you need when there are so many choices avaliable to you here, so customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to file for a return of a purchased item. All returns required a RMA form and number, do not send you package back to us blind without notification, as you will be charged a 25% service penalty and restocking fee, no exceptions. returns@pedalspluseffectswarehouse.com with a brief decription of your return, pruchase date, order number, and our returns department will email you the RMA information.
TERMS OF RETURNED ITEMS:
- Pedals ship with custom boxes from their manufacturers, DO NOT ship returns back to us in their company logo printed and manufacturer labeled box.
- Items must be returned in as new, mint, exact condition as when it shipped from our warehouse. All original boxes, batteries, power supplies, packaging wrap, warranty cards, and instructions must be retured with the original item.
- Items not recieved by our returns department per the above conditions, will be charged a 20% reconditioning fee for the item, NO exceptions. So read these instructions before returning items.
- Pedals returned back with sticky velcro attached to the bottom cannot be reconditioned and will be returned to sender, NO exceptions.
- Defective items can only be returned for the exact defective item or store credit, no exceptions.
